The Healthy Back Bag Company supports The Games Maker Choir as it heads out to Rio as 12 members of The Games Maker Choir join the road to the Rio Olympics and Paralympics, The Healthy Back Bag Company is waving them on their way with a donation of its Special Edition Rio Bags.
Created exclusively for summer 2016, and featuring a Union Flag inspired design in four colourways, these colourful bags capture the sunshine colours of Brazil and the exuberance of carnival.
Priscilla Chase, Healthy Back Bag Company, UK Managing Director, said: "We are thrilled to be supporting The Games Maker Choir as they jet off to Rio. The spirit of doing something extraordinary whilst having a great time is at the very core of our Healthy Back Bag brand and we will be watching the Rio adventures of both the choir and our bags with pride and excitement this summer."
Healthy Back Bags were created to combat the problems that can be caused by a one strap bag, be kind to the spine, and, of course, look fab.
They are designed to distribute weight asymmetrically, meaning they are comfortable for people of all shapes and sizes and their intelligent secure pocketing makes them perfect for travel.
One of the unforeseen legacies of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games is The Games Maker Choir. Formed at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park during the London 2012 Olympics by Victoria Verbi; four years on and the choir is now made up of around 200 members who rehearse regularly, with people travelling from far and wide to take part.
Many have also continued to volunteer at major sporting events and over 20 choir members applied, with 12 having been accepted, to volunteer at the Rio 2016 Olympics or the Paralympics, as part of an 800 strong group of UK volunteers.
