The team are encouraged to focus on each other's strengths and believe in a continual cycle of learning and development, as well as taking a break to play a quick game when things get hectic. Additionally, Gibsons also provide work experience to those who need the opportunity, via Sutton Youth Offending Scheme and the children's charity Jigsaw4U giving adults and young people the chance to work as part of a team and to develop key skills that can help them get back into the work place.Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
