Spring Fair announces powering change manifesto for 2022

Spring Fair, taking place from 6th – 9th February 2022 at NEC Birmingham, has revealed that its manifesto for 2022 is Empowering Change. The manifesto will set the agenda for the live show's Inspiring Retail Stage as well as a year-round content programme.

Created as a platform to champion retail, the Inspiring Retail Stage's full schedule of live content from experts in their field will provided exclusive insights, trend reports, keynote conversations, and panel discussions on the key topics facing retail. Each of the four days of the show will cover a dedicated theme correlated to the Empowering Change manifesto.

Top Drawer doubles in size

Top Drawer is set to double in size from its AW edition, to take over the whole of Olympia London this coming January.

The destination for creative retail buyers opens its doors on 16th January for its S/S22 edition. With a focus on reinventing your new season edit, Top Drawer promises to help you find something new to excite your customers for 2022.

Registration opens for Scotland’s Trade Fair Spring

It's time to register to attend Scotland's Trade Fair, which opens in under eight weeks at the SEC in Glasgow. With a huge array of established and new exhibitors this trade fair is not to be missed.

With over 400 exhibitors, who are excited to unveil new designs and their 2022 ranges, this could be the first time to see many of these products and make orders. After the lull in trade shows due to the pandemic it is clear that once again trade shows will be the place to re-stock, discover new items and ensure retailers stay ahead of the game with fresh, exciting products.

Gift of the Year competition extension until 15th December

The Giftware Association has today announced the extension of its Gift of the Year competition. The awards will be extended for a massive 15 days until the 15th December, so there is plenty of time for companies to enter their products and gifts.

Although the GA does usually extend the competition as it's a busy time of year for entrants approaching the Christmas season, this year has seen other reasons for the extension. The GA has listened to a lot of companies who have been affected by supply chain issues caused by the perfect storm of Brexit and the pandemic and they want to give everyone a chance to enter within enough time, whether companies are waiting on actual products, samples, or photography to enter. This is your chance to get involved.

Spring Fair sells 90 percent of stand space; floorplan set to increase

Success for London Stationery Show

The London Stationery Show has reported a successful event for its live show held in October, with both visitors and exhibitors alike reunited with friends, colleagues, and clients.According to the team, it didn't take long before stationery buyers were placing orders face-to-face, keeping up to date with current trends and getting hands-on with new products. Alex Butler, Event Director, says, "Having had a tumultuous two years, we were ecstatic to finally get back to the Business Design Centre and bring the stationery community together once more."

Visitor registration now open for Toy Fair 2022

The British Toy & Hobby Association (BTHA) has announced today that registration has now opened for visitors and media to attend Toy Fair 2022. Following a hiatus in 2021 due to the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic, the 68th Toy Fair will return to Olympia London from Tuesday 25th to Thursday 27th January, 2022.
