The Gift Card and Voucher Association has unveiled the speaker lineup for its annual conference, which offers the industry an opportunity to meet and discuss how the sector can continue to innovate over the coming months.
The conference is being held on March 3rd and 4th 2021, using a groundbreaking digital platform that can be tailored to each attendee. Holding a virtual conference has enabled the GCVA to open up to a wider breadth of guests across the gift card, payments, reward, incentive and loyalty markets, facilitating an immersive experience that will bring together different international perspectives on the growing industry and global markets.
Day one both reflects on the past year and provides key insights into how the industry is set to change in the future, exploring key topics such as how to ensure the entertainment sector can thrive post COVID-19. Reflecting the international focus of the event, there will also be a series of international hubs focused around the USA, Middle East & Africa (MEA) and European markets.
Day two will cover the changing landscape of gift cards, industry growth and the future for both payments and consumers. The GCVA will also unveil its State of the Nation 2021 research and whitepaper, detailing the latest trends in the sector, as well as consumer and B2B perceptions, attitudes and habits around gift cards. In addition to the main stage, filled with presentations and panels from industry experts, there are more tailored experiences available to guests. Specifically, the GCVA 101 zone returns with a series of on-demand talks, a coffee-stop group catch-up area, and a virtual sponsor and exhibition hall, complete with state of the nation virtual booths including live chat facilities and a lounge area. Furthermore, there will also be 1-2-1 and roundtable networking areas where delegates can pre-book slots with other attendees.
