An increased interest in home cooking, and especially baking, has been reported since the lockdown measures were enforced in the UK on March 23rd, with What More UK announcing that it has had to start running night shifts to keep up with the demand.Tony Grimshaw OBE, company director, What More UK, said, "It's great that people are remembering the traditional skills of home baking.
