21 HARROGATE FASHION WEEK PREVIEW Following a successful February edition, Harrogate Fashion Week (HFW) will return for SS27 from 2nd-4 th August 2026. Now firmly established as the UK’s leading womenswear trade show, HFW offers a one stop shop for all your buying needs – womenswear, footwear and accessories are all well represented at the event, meaning Harrogate is the only place you need to do your buying next season. “It’s really important to meet brands in person because then you get a feel for where they see themselves and what their target customer is. You also get a nice personal one-to-one relationship, and you start to understand the designers,” commented Lucy Slaughter from Collections (Beverley) LTD. With nearly 300 brands set to join the show in August – Harrogate Fashion Week offers the industry a show that brings quality classic and contemporary brands together in a relaxed environment where buying your new season’s collections is a pleasure. Buyers are all talking about the ‘Harrogate buzz’ – they enjoy where they can take time to catch up with existing suppliers and source new collections all under one roof. “To come to a show, to see the things, to touch the stock, to meet other buyers is really, really important, you have to do that,” comments Libis McAllister of Ultimate in Fashion, Ballymena.
