Our partners in the industry were as excited as we were to get involved in this experience at our inaugural events in March 2022, and we received positive feedback across the board telling us how game-changing our concept was. Both brands and retailers highlighted how the format of Huddles streamlines the process to get to the heart of their respective needs in a succinct way. We’ve even heard back from buyers who have already started onboarding several brands as a result of attending Huddles. We are really looking forward to hosting more Huddles events this year and next. We have events dedicated to multiple gifting categories. As part of our hybrid approach, we’ve just launched POP, our new tech-powered concept store events that put emerging brands in front of hundreds of key market players. We’re taking brand exposure to a whole new level, getting makers and producers to showcase their products in a unique, immersive experience, to reach an amazing range of key partners in the industry. The inaugural POP events will take place in London throughout September. Each POP concept store take place over the course of 6 days in a stylish venue merchandised as a retail store. Our first POP concept store events will be dedicated to Health and Beauty, Home and Gifting, and Food and Drink categories Our Pop events allow brands the impact of a major product launch at cost-effective pricing, bringing major key players in a hybrid event powered by our platform. Are you active on social media? How is this important for the business? We’re incredibly active on social media across our profiles. Buyers and brands from our community use these channels to keep track of trends or gain exposure. So, it’s essential to have a presence there. As a trusted voice in the retail industry, our online presence is vital to foster engagement with our partners. Do you have any advice for new businesses starting out in the world of gifts? You put your heart and soul in developing your product and now you need the world (and retailer!) to see it. So, you need to be clear on your brand positioning. What makes you unique? What set you apart from the rest of the market? Buyers want to see how your products will sit in their range; you need to shape that vision for them. What can we expect in the future from the company? We’re known for bringing innovation and we’re not going to stop! Expect more innovative ways to make the connections happen in retail and beyond.
