The growth of online sellers has boosted our sales, but I am a believer that people like to see and touch sculpture. Are you active on social media? How is this important for the business? As a technophobe I have been wary in the past but we employed someone this year to try and generate interest due to the pandemic and she has certainly done that! I have been converted! Do you have any advice for new businesses starting out in the world of gifts? Make your products as unique and individual as you possibly can – ensure you can deliver everything you have sold tomorrow! Give a good service – your products will only sell if they are out on display. What can we expect in the future from the company? That would be telling – a new sculptor joined us with two new sculptures before Christmas. Look out for his work!
