As a company we don’t sell directly online, however, many of our customers are now selling online too. Therefore, we have made a big effort to be online friendly as a supplier, supporting our customers with a good range of photos, product write ups, and data that they can easily upload to use for their own online sales. Do you have any advice for new businesses starting out in the world of gifts? Find a niche that others are not supplying, make the product interesting and, above all, commercial. Nothing beats hard graft and supporting you customer in the initial stages to get up and running. What can we expect in the future from the company? We will grow our existing boxed gift and accessories business, while continuing to improve our overall product offering. We will continue to work closely with our customers to meet their needs from both a product point of view as well as the trading format such as instore concessions, fixture and POS etc.
