Our main challenge has been creating awareness for our new brand in such a competitive market. With the shift to digital over the past decade, it’s been imperative for us to build up a presence online. For us, this has involved using online advertising platforms, as well as social media, to help generate more buzz around our only recently launched website. What does VKF stand for? It stands for Very Kind Folk. So we are the Very Kind Folk of Worcester. Tell us about your product offering. Everything we sell is manufactured at our factory in Worcestershire; we use a state-of-the-art laser machine to produce all of our wonderful products. The materials we predominantly use are FSC timber and recyclable acrylic. In the early stages, we began by focusing upon wooden coasters and wooden and acrylic wall art pieces. Although both of these proved to be increasingly popular, we have also released a range of acrylic storage, wedding and home décor items to our catalogue of products. We’re continually innovating, and new product ranges are released on our website on a regular basis. What are your most popular products? We found that our most popular products are ones associated with animals. Within our wall art range, the acrylic elephant and our geometric range (featuring our fox, wolf and stag) have been big hits among many people. However, our most popular products are within our wooden coaster range, including our bee and French bulldog coasters. Have any products taken you by surprise with their popularity? We’ve been pleasantly surprised at the popularity of an array of 
