Olive & Belle launches new range named Mizzle
 
Greeting Card publishers Olive & Belle has recently launched a new range entitled 'Mizzle'. Beautifully hand illustrated in pen and watercolours, this current collection is inspired by wildlife, nature and our furry friends. These playful designs are in a new 150x150 square format using a modern and stylish colour palette complete with Wedgwood blue envelopes. Covering a variety of occasions and birthdays, the cards are printed in the UK on beautiful FSC approved board, are available with or without cello bags and made without gems or glitter, ensuring they are easily recyclable and kinder to the environment.

When all eyes would usually be on the Main Stage after the first day of trading of Spring Fair, the Sunday night atmosphere will be recreated with all eyes on laptops with four special online ceremonies featuring all our categories winners and highly commended companies over the course of our headline sponsors Spring Fair @ Home event. The Giftware Association embarked on a digital journey at the beginning of the year to celebrate the finalists in Top Secret awards ceremonies for each of the 22 categories.

Furniture Show Birmingham postponed to 2022
 
In-line with ongoing restrictions implemented by the UK government, Clarion Events, the organiser of Furniture Show Birmingham, has announced that the April event will be rescheduled to 23-26 January, 2022. Portfolio director Zoë Bonser said, "While this has of course been a difficult decision, the safety and success of our exhibitors, visitors and suppliers remains our number one priority. The uncertainty surrounding live events that comes with the current national lockdown, combined with the expected timeline of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, means that postponing the show to its traditional January slot in 2022 is the best decision at this stage."

The Eco-friendly Card Co has seen a big growth in the sales of notecard sets during the pandemic and as a result is launching more new designs for Spring 2021. Available as boxes of 8 cards containing 2 each of 4 designs, the notelets are made from 100% recycled board and packed with coordinating 100% recycled envelopes. The photographic wallets are finished with a home-compostable gloss laminate whilst some of the art wallets are printed on a textured watercolor style board. Due to the lack of trade shows and the inability to "see and feel" the real thing, The Eco-friendly Card Co has created a short film show-casing the product.

RHS awards key outdoor pots license to Woodlodge in four-year deal
 
The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has announced a new licensee for outdoor pots, one of its key gardening categories. The four-year license has been awarded to Woodlodge Products, the UK's leading supplier of garden pots and gardenware.The first products in the partnership will be launched to retailers for pre-order in September 2021. They will be distributed to retail outlets from January 2022.Although the partnership is still in its early stages, Woodlodge is already making preliminary plans for the first range. It will include both classic and modern designs and a full selection of sizes to accommodate any outdoor space. The final version of the first range will also incorporate standard terracotta, glazed and fibre clay pots.
