They are 100% organic cotton, come with filters and have adjustable ear toggles. We have sold hundreds of them! Are you active on social media, and how do you use it for your business? We are very active on social media. I post several times a day, which greatly helps sales. This in itself is a very competitive market so it’s important to keep up to speed. We have a shop platform on Facebook that customers tap to shop on the products, which leads them straight to our website. What brands do you stock and why? We stock mainly Scandinavian brands alongside British brands. We love our Danish brands as they are so committed to providing more sustainable fashion whilst inspiring the rest of the industry to follow suit. We also love to support small and upcoming brands whether they are in the UK or abroad. We currently have a jewellery line that is handmade in Columbia. This company was set up to provide single mothers with an opportunity to work from home and look after their children. Many cannot afford full time childcare so this is essential in providing them with a good income and giving their children a better chance at life from a young age. How often do you change up your window dressings and displays? If I’m honest, not enough! This is one part of the job that I have no patience for. It’s a running joke as I just do not like dressing mannequins. I really should think of an alternative! Ideally, they should be changed at least every two weeks. What are your plans to do develop your online presence? Again, social media is great for sponsoring ads, which can lead to customers clicking a link to take you straight to the website. Newsletters, again with links, are also worthwhile.
