We offer a range of beautiful diffuser flowers combined with a collection of bespoke luxury fragrances and unique cut glass antique diffuser bottles. This year we have also launched fragrance sachets. What are your most popular products? Customers love the diffuser flowers as they are beautiful and work brilliantly. Have any styles taken you by surprise with their popularity? We are always looking at new flower trends and our Dahlias have been really well received lately. How do you keep your designs fresh and current? Do you follow trends? Every day! With 25 years’ experience as a designer it’s crucial to watch where the macro trends are moving as it eventually filters down to every product. What sets you apart from your competitors? Our offer is unique and exceptionally high quality, our ethical code is very important to us and we go above and beyond to make our business as sustainable/eco- friendly as we can. How are you finding the current economic climate in the UK? Is it affecting business? A mixed bag, online sales have clearly had a boost, but our calendar of fairs and live events has been wiped out this year. Are you active on social media? How is this important for the business? Very important, we see social media as the modern equivalent to our shop window, it’s a great and instant way to communicate with our customers and followers.
