Has the product offering changed since you started and how would you describe your current collection? We would describe it as essentials that can match with any good look and for any occasion. How often do you launch new lines? We will keep the collection as it is now but will add new colours and types of straps to it in 2021. What are your current best-selling designs? The exclusive collection in both black and gold, as well as the fine collection with a black leather strap. When was the website launched and how does it support the business? We have already had a secret website launch about six months ago. During these months we received orders and tested the customer journey on our website. We optimised until we thought it was perfect. That’s why we launched after six months. What have been the key milestones in the business? Getting the first order when we had just launched our website without any announcement was our first milestone. But also, an unexpected bit of good press for our watches in a big daily newspaper in the Netherlands made our weekend! We received so many orders without knowing where it all came from until one of our friends sent us a photo of the paper. How do you view the current market and what trends, both in business and product, do you see emerging over the coming months? People invest more in experiences or luxury items than in fast consumer goods. Our goal with the NOW watch is to bring an experience with the product we sell. Expect interesting conversations when wearing this watch. What are your future plans for the business? Our goal is to inspire people to be more appreciative of the things that are happening around them, both big and small. Our two-year goal is to see our product sold in 20 countries. Preferably in some small (gift/fashion/spiritual) boutiques but also high-end department stores that sell inspirational gifts. We would love to work with agents that can spread the positive vibe with us.
