Debuting at Autumn Fair is the Peacock range, a rich blend of teal, navy and gold that evokes the classic glamour of the Art Deco era. This collection draws on the fashion of the ’20s with a selection of flapper-dress fringed cushions, beaded coasters and sequin details all pulled together by a fabulous peacock feather design. To complement this range, SIL is launching a collection based on geometric shapes and clean lines in a blending palette of blue, grey and mustard. Gold also plays a large role in this collection, with an impressive range of gold metal mirrors in diamond, octagonal and square shapes, which work equally well on their own or alongside Peacock. The demand for all things velvet continues this season, and it’s well represented in this story with an array of cushions, furniture, storage and the on-trend velvet mid-century style wall hooks. A distinctive geometric pattern has been used on textiles, stationery, and across the home fragrance collection. Meanwhile, SIL brand Temerity Jones celebrates all things Eastern with the expansion of its hugely successful Koi range. The latest star is a beautiful traditional Eastern lady surrounded by delicate blossom, swaying bamboo and cranes in flight. Besides her, you’ll find all the classics that have been missing from our lives for too long. Beautiful paper parasols with a traditional Chinese knot on the handle, giant wall fans and large paper lanterns. Some wonderful gifts have also been added to the range.
