Solstice Jamboree features bright reds, pinks and yellows, designed to make a bright, exciting gift and add an instant colour spot in an interior setting. Taking the concept from the production of classic mint jelly, Briscoe’s has extended its range to include 20 different flavours, including classic rosemary and cranberry, through to more unusual flavours like lavender, vanilla and the Great Taste Award-winning Sinful Cinnamon, Furious Chilli and Gorgeous Garlic. As a result, all of the company’s products are gluten-free, dairy-free, fat-free and vegan. The Briscoes formed the business after selling their three Surrey-based pubs. They converted the tiny brick shed in their back garden into a fully operational jelly factory, producing more than 20,000 units in their first year.
