CHSI Stitches announces new meeting planner tool: Image 1 As registration for the 2019 event opens, CHSI Stitches has announced it will be launching an innovative new meeting planner tool to help visitors and exhibitors connect during the event.

The smart tool will allow pre-registered visitors to request and schedule meetings with exhibitors based on mutual interests. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to select product categories most aligned to their business when they book their space at the show. A “match” is then made and both parties can request meetings. The tool will be an opt-in system and is due to launch six weeks before the February show.

Jordana Johnson, marketing manager at ICHF Events has worked in partnership with event registration providers LiveBuzz to develop the tool. She commented:

“The show attracts thousands of visitors each year and we felt there was an opportunity here to use technology to connect people in advance of the show, saving time and creating efficiencies during the days of the show. We're really excited to be launching this brand-new meeting tool at our 2019 event. For us it was essential that the tool allows people to connect based on mutual business interests so that meaningful and productive meetings can take place. Exhibitors and visitors that carefully select categories most aligned to their business activities will benefit the most.”

The show will take place from the 17th-19th February, 2019 at the Birmingham NEC. To register, visit www.chsi.co.uk. Registered parties will be notified when the meetings tool goes live six weeks before the show in order to register their interests.
