Sarah Ward, CEO of The Giftware Association, has once again been invited to share members' views at a meeting of The Genesis Initiative. This meeting will take place on the 26th March at the Bank of England. Once again, the Initiative is consulting association executives and industry leaders about the intentions of UK SMEs in spending or investing capital.
All Giftware Association members, including JDA, BTAA and designGap have the opportunity to let Sarah voice their concerns, opinions and experiences with lending. The GA has asked that the whole industry share their views in order to allow Sarah to present the most accurate representation of the industry possible. The GA asked that retailers, designers, wholesalers, and manufacturers in the gift and home industry fill out a short survey to help them collate views and express the industry's needs and concerns. Answers from members of the fashion jewellery, travel goods and accessories industries are also encouraged to participate.
The survey can be found here: https://bit.ly/2OovQoV
The Genesis Initiative was formed to improve the quality of debate on SMEs and create economic reform, driven by SMEs and supported by Parliamentarians. The senate meets at least three times each year, usually in March, June and October.
