The British Travel Goods,Handbags and Accessories Association (BTAA), in conjunction with i2i Events Group, is pleased to announce that the Fashion Accessory of the Year Awards will take place at Autumn Fair International on Sunday 7th September at 2pm on the Fashion Accessories catwalk in Hall 4.

In it's fourth year, these awards promise to be bigger and better than ever. For the first time, the awards are open to any company, UK or overseas, that's actively marketing the product entered in the UK. There are five different categories you can enter:
• Luggage & travel
• Fashion handbags
• Small Leather goods
• Fashion Jewellery
• Fashion Accessories (scarves, pashminas, hats, belts, etc)

You can enter as many products in as many categories as you wish. The awards will be judged for the product's original, innovative and eye-catching designs, quality of manufacture and commercial viability.

There's a fantastic prize for the winner in each category of £500 towards exhibiting at Autumn Fair 2015, together with the Fashion accessory of the Year engraved glass award.

The Highly Commended entrants will each receive £100 towards exhibiting at Autumn Fair in 2015.The awards will be presented on the first day of the show at 2pm on the catwalk. If the winners are exhibiting at Autumn Fair they have the remainder of the show to proudly display their awards.

This is a great opportunity for companies to have their products presented to the judges who are leading retail buyers, designers and key players in the industry (please visit www.btaa.org.uk for the full list of judges).

In addition, if you're shortlisted or win an award it will significantly raise the profile of your company and your products. You can use the Fashion Accessory of the Year logo at future exhibitions, in the trade press and on your products.

Attire Accessories magazine will publish a review on the winners and commended entrants in its Nov/Dec publication.Winners and commended entrants will be covered in related trade press, other media platforms and social networks and also promoted on the BTAA website.

All entrants are invited to join the BTAA for a champagne reception on the catwalk at the time of the presentation of the awards. This is an real opportunity for you to raise the profile of your company and your products in your market sector, receive £500 towards the cost of your stand in 2015 and receive the prestigious BTAA Fashion Accessory of the Year award.
