Denby is launching a collection of stunning hand-decorated mugs that continue to preserve unique ceramic skills in the pottery industry, such as traditional hand-decorating and the introduction of new techniques like the ‘splattering’ and currently on-trend ‘marbling’. All of these techniques create a textural collection of contemporary mugs epitomising Denby’s artisan, handcrafting skills, stunning glazes and techniques which have been perfected over 200 years at the Denby Pottery in Derbyshire, England. There are nine hand-decorated mugs in the collection and as well looking beautiful, also have the inherent strengths of Denby iron-rich stoneware being safe to use in the dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer.
