The Creative Forum will be hosted in a new dedicated area at the event and will include briefings, discussions and Q&A sessions with leading industry figures, as well as other thought leaders from the wider creative and commercial world. Topics for discussion will include: Marketing cut through in a busy retail environment ; How to develop your ecommerce proposition profitably ; Getting great media coverage through effective PR ; and How to use customer data to drive your business successfully . All sessions will be free to attend and tailored to provide useful, practical, take-away advice and knowledge from some of the best in the business. The Craft Consumer Research, taken from a series of surveys carried out over an extended period will consider consumer craft trends, craft popularity as well as craft participation and consumer spend insights. The new Creative Forum area will be located in the Hall 12 and with an audience capacity of 200. CHSI Stitches 2018 takes place from 18 th - 20 th February at the NEC, Birmingham, UK.
