Carrie Elspeth Ltd specialises in exclusive designer jewellery, beautifully handmade in Wales, and the panel of judges were particularly impressed with Carrie's continued, enthusiastic involvement in every aspect of the business after a successful eight years of trading.
In front of an audience of 1000 fellow finalists and guests of honour, Carrie was quick to praise the hard work of her team, saying "I never expected to win such a prestigious award due to the calibre of the other finalists and previous winners. I'm overwhelmed and delighted to accept the award, which is a reflection of the dedication and fabulous support of the team around me!"
